Your chocolates are packaged securely with bubble wrap and every care is taken to ensure your chocolates arrive safely and intact.

Delivery

Each order attracts a $10.00 postage and handling fee. If you are ordering a small quantity of chocolate bars please email admin@momentsinchocolate.com.au to receive a more accurate delivery charge. All orders are sent by Australia Post.

TIP: For our customers who are worried about chocolate being sent in the mail, orders will be sent with ice bricks during hot days and months. We also suggest if you have a PO Box that you use it as your delivery address as they are delivered to first thing in the morning. Also, you may like to check if your local Post Office allows deliveries care of you the customer. Both of these options will enable your order sits in a building rather than a delivery van.
